Our Opportunity:

Are you an engaged student with an interest in marketing and the pharmaceutical industry? Do you want to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and international environment? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator on a part-time basis (50%) who wants to support the development, implementation, and follow-up of marketing activities for pharmaceutical products and services. This role suits you if you are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive working both independently and collaboratively. You will be employed as a consultant by us at Avanzera, but your workplace will be at our client's office in Solna. The position is a hybrid role with the possibility of remote work up to 20% of working hours. Desired start date for the consultancy assignment is August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, brochures, digital content, and sales support tools.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with external functions.
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with current regulations within the pharmaceutical industry (LIF and LER).
• Plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Contribute to digital marketing activities through content production and campaign follow-up.
• Administer marketing databases and follow up on and report campaign results.
• Support budgeting processes and handle invoices related to marketing activities.

Your Background:

• You are studying at a university or college, preferably at the master's level.
• You have an interest in marketing and preferably also in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
• You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
• You thrive in a changing environment and can drive your tasks independently.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations is considered a merit. We look forward to receiving your application!
