Responsibilities

As Workshop Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and have overall responsibility for the workshop. In this role, you will work with your team to create an efficient and safe workplace by maintaining and developing existing routines. The responsibilities also include creating good conditions for customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, revenue, and productivity within service/aftermarket and the workshop. Furthermore, the Workshop Manager is responsible for ensuring that collective agreements as well as safety and labor laws are followed, and that set quality goals are met.

Great emphasis is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle – everything from recruitment, management, and distribution of work, resource and competence security, to the development and engagement of staff and salary setting.

Key competencies/skills:

You are motivated by challenges and have a strong drive that makes you thrive in a role where you get to develop and take responsibility. You have the ability to inspire and lead others with enthusiasm, and you know how to create a strong team spirit. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in improving processes and routines as well as developing your employees, which means you constantly strive to raise both the team's and the workshop's performance.

We also look for you to have:

• A few years of experience in the automotive industry and a managerial role
• Good general computer skills, preferably with the business system Kobra
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

If you have a vehicle technology education or previous experience as a Workshop Manager, it is a big plus!
