About the Role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting until January 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Wiklunds.

Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator at Wiklunds, you play a key role in daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow from incoming orders to administration. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, receive and register orders, and handle various administrative tasks related to the business. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy providing excellent service, working in a structured manner, and staying organized even at a fast pace.
You will join an engaged team and work from the office in Kallhäll, Järfälla. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
The work involves:
- Receiving and registering incoming orders
- Handling customer contact via phone and email
- Ensuring orders are registered correctly and followed up on when necessary
- Performing ongoing administrative tasks related to the business
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow
- Contributing to a high level of service and professional treatment of customers
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, order handling, or customer service
- Good computer skills and experience working in various business or order systems
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience from the transport, logistics, or recycling industry is a plus
