We are currently looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator for our client in the MedTech sector in Solna. The desired start date is August 3, 2026. This is a consultancy assignment for an initial period of 4 months, where you will be employed as a consultant via The Place and work at our client's premises.

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing initiatives to promote pharmaceutical products and services. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing marketing and campaign materials, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, brochures, digital content, and sales support materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time
• Ensure that all marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations
• Responsible for planning and logistics for events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars
• Support digital marketing activities, including content production and campaign follow-up
• Maintain marketing databases, track campaign results, and generate reports
• Assist with budget management and invoice processing related to marketing activities

We are looking for someone who

• Is a student in marketing or a related field (Master's studies are a plus)
• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Has excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Can work independently while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic collaborative environment

Advantageous qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
