Administrator / Backoffice at Bopp Scandinavia AB

In this central role within the company, you will support sales, production, and customers – in a company with high technical competence and a strong team spirit.

As an administrator, you will work broadly with the order flow and daily business – from order to delivery. The role is varied and includes both classic backoffice tasks and contact points internally and externally.

Bopp Scandinavia AB, headquartered in Laholm, Sweden, is part of the internationally active BOPP Group with its headquarters in Switzerland. As a strong local partner on the Scandinavian market, we provide high-quality solutions in filtration, separation, and material handling for industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and process industry.

At our facility in Laholm, we develop customized solutions and offer service production, including rewinding of sieve frames and stainless steel filters. Our work is characterized by deep technical expertise, a strong commitment to service, and the ambition to be a leader in our specialized areas.

About the Role

You play a key role in ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly and that our customers receive fast and correct service. The work is carried out in close collaboration with sales, production, and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Order processing and order follow-up
  • Create order confirmations and invoicing
  • Purchasing materials and contacting suppliers
  • Prepare simple quotations
  • Inventory control and updating stock levels
  • Book transport and handle deliveries
  • Generate proforma invoices and export documentation
  • Support the organization with other administrative tasks

The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and requires you to thrive in a dynamic daily routine where you act as the hub of the network.

We are looking for you who

Are a structured and meticulous person who thrives in an administrative role with many parallel tasks. You have your own drive and like to take responsibility while being service-oriented and solution-focused.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within order/economy/logistics
  • Good system proficiency (advantageous with business system SAP)
  • Ability to work structured and independently
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Advantageous:

  • Experience from manufacturing industry or technical company
  • Experience with export/transport documentation
