Urban Deli Sveavägen also includes a hotel with just over 100 rooms. As a hotel receptionist here, you are a central part of the overall experience for our guests – from the first impression to the farewell. You work in the heart of the operations and are often the first person our guests meet.

In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and assisting with bookings and inquiries. You ensure that the stay runs smoothly and that every guest feels seen and cared for.

The work also involves administrative tasks related to booking systems, payments, and daily operations at the hotel reception. You collaborate closely with colleagues in other parts of the business to create a seamless and memorable experience. You are also expected to assist in other areas of the restaurant or shop if needed.

You report to the responsible manager and are an important part of the team that together creates the unique Urban Deli feeling.

• Has at least 1 year of experience from reception, hotel, or similar service roles

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

• Has knowledge of additional languages (meritorious)

• Has experience with booking systems/PMS, preferably Nitesoft (meritorious)

• Has a genuine interest in service, people, and experiences

• Is positive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment

• Is meticulous, responsible, and has good collaboration skills

• Maintains calmness and professionalism even at a high pace

The position is a part-time/as-needed employment with a start in early July (or as agreed).
