Your Responsibilities
In the role of IOS Support Specialist, you will become an important part of our Nordic support team, where you will use your technical competence and service mindset to help our customers integrate digital technology into their daily routines.
Your main responsibility is to provide our customers with technical and software support for intraoral scanners (IOS) and associated systems via phone, email, and remote connection.
Digital impressions with intraoral scanners are the future of dentistry. They are faster, more convenient, and provide higher quality than traditional methods. We offer our customers market-leading scanners as well as planning tools, with continuous software updates, support, and training.
Questions and issues you support can range from simple settings to more complex problems, such as assisting the dentist during patient treatment with scanners. You are also responsible for the pre-installation and configuration of scanners before they are delivered to customers.
You report to the IOS Service & Support Manager and are part of our Swedish support team, which includes 6 other colleagues. The position is based in Stockholm and is a permanent employment.

You are a service-oriented problem solver who is passionate about helping our customers and providing them with a positive customer experience. You are attentive to the customer's needs and, with calm and confident communication, help them in the best way possible.
You are a team player who thrives in an environment where colleagues share knowledge and experiences, and where you contribute with energy and engagement. We also look for someone with a genuine interest in IT and technology, curiosity about digitalization, and very good IT and computer skills.
Additional Skills:
- We would appreciate it if you had an IT background in the form of education or work experience.
- You are an experienced user of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, etc.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Work experience in customer support, customer service, or IT support is an advantage.
- Previous work with intraoral scanners (IOS) or other dental background is an advantage.
