You will step into an assignment within specialized healthcare where structured information is crucial for medical diagnostic workflows, particularly within genetic diagnostics. The focus is on further developing applications and information structures for handling lab samples, orders, reports, and genomic data.

Here you will have a key role in strengthening data quality, information flows, and integration between systems. You will work closely with both business representatives and technical teams to concretize solutions that support both data production and the reuse of data. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine health informatics, interoperability, and standards in an area where proper information management makes a big difference.

• You analyze business needs and translate them into information models, information flows, and interoperability solutions.
• You further develop and maintain solutions for structured information management within medical diagnostic workflows.
• You drive work related to data quality, traceability, integration, and data reuse.
• You work with HL7 FHIR, including modeling, profiling, terminology bindings, implementation guides, and validation.
• You author, validate, and publish FHIR profiles and implementation guides using tools such as FHIR Shorthand (FSH), SUSHI, HL7 IG Publisher, and Visual Studio Code.
• You collaborate closely with solution architects, development teams, and business teams, contributing advice and structure to complex issues.

• At least 5 years of documented experience working as a health informatician, information architect, or a similar role within healthcare.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working with HL7 FHIR.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working with information exchange, applications, or data flows within healthcare.
• Experience with information modeling, profiling, terminology bindings, implementation guides, validation, as well as implementation and maintenance of FHIR servers and associated artifacts.
• Experience in authoring, validating, and publishing HL7 FHIR profiles and implementation guides using FHIR Shorthand (FSH), SUSHI, HL7 IG Publisher, and Visual Studio Code.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding data and information security.
• Combined documented experience of close collaboration with solution architects, development teams, and business representatives regarding analysis, modeling, further development, and maintenance of information models, information flows, and interoperability solutions.
• You work systematically with a focus on quality assurance and risk management and can drive the work independently.
• You communicate very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel.

• Experience with information modeling and information exchange within the diagnostics field.
• Experience with genomics, precision medicine, or genetic diagnostics.
