You will play a key role in establishing a new intranet in a complex authority environment. The assignment involves creating structure, momentum, and collaboration in a project where business operations, IT, and an external supplier need to work closely together to achieve a sustainable result.

The intranet is built on Optimizely CMS 12, and you are responsible for ensuring the project is executed in a controlled manner from planning to handover. A key part of the role is also to ensure knowledge transfer to the receiving administration organization, so that the solution can be maintained and developed long-term. • You lead the execution of the project for the new intranet.
• You plan, manage, coordinate, and follow up on the project's work.
• You coordinate internal resources and create clarity among different stakeholders.
• You collaborate with an external supplier responsible for the technical implementation.
• You support the steering group and project group with structure, progress, and follow-up.
• You monitor schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• You plan and execute the handover to administration.
• You ensure knowledge transfer to the receiving organization.

• You have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• You have documented experience from at least one completed project where you had the role of project manager during the introduction or further development of a web or intranet solution.
• You have been a project manager in at least one project where an external supplier was responsible for implementation and where the client took over responsibility for maintenance and further development after the project's conclusion.
• You have experience leading at least one business-oriented digitalization or change project where different stakeholder groups participated, such as business operations, IT, suppliers, or management.
• You have experience driving projects in a structured and controlled manner with a focus on coordination, follow-up, and handover.
