You will step into a crucial role where a new baggage system is to be procured and implemented in a complex airport environment. Here, the operational needs must be translated into clear, quality-assured requirements that function both operationally and technically. You work at the intersection of operations, IT, operational technology, and technical facilities, with a strong focus on structure, traceability, and quality throughout the entire process.

• You lead and drive requirements gathering together with various stakeholders in the business and with technical specialists.
• You analyze, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements related to the baggage system.
• You create requirements documentation and specifications as support in the procurement process.
• You ensure traceability, quality, and clear requirements management throughout the work.
• You collaborate closely with both business representatives and technical experts to capture needs, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• You contribute with an understanding of how IT systems interact with operational technology and technical facilities in a mission-critical environment.

• At least 7 years of experience in the role of Requirements Analyst or equivalent.
• Experience from at least two assignments involving the creation of requirements documentation prior to procurement.
• Certification according to IREB or another equivalent certification in requirements management.
• Documented experience working with Operational Technology (OT) as well as integration between IT systems and technical facilities.
• Documented experience leading or participating in requirements work in close collaboration with both business representatives and technical specialists.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
• You are willing to undergo a drug test.

• Documented experience working with procurements according to LOU and/or LUF.
• Previous work or experience from airport operations.
