You step into an advanced healthcare and diagnostics-related environment where digital solutions are crucial for medical flows with a focus on genetic diagnostics. Here, you develop applications used for structured management of lab samples, orders, reports, and genomic data.

The role suits you if you want to combine modern web development with complex information management. The work revolves around data quality, information flows, integration between systems, and technical concretization of solutions that support both data production and further utilization of data. You are expected to drive the work independently and collaborate closely with both technical specialists and business representatives. This is an opportunity to work with technology that has direct significance for diagnostics, traceability, and the use of data in a socially important operation.

• You develop and further develop web-based applications for managing lab samples, orders, reports, and genomic data.
• You drive frontend development in modern JavaScript frameworks and work actively with UI, UX, and interaction design.
• You collaborate closely with users and business representatives, for example through workshops, interviews, and user tests, to translate needs into working solutions.
• You contribute to backend development on modern server or cloud platforms.
• You build and further develop REST-based APIs and integrations with structured information management between systems.
• You create, further develop, and maintain technical solutions together with solution architects, information architects, development teams, and business representatives.
• You work systematically with quality assurance, risk management, traceability, and data quality in several parallel workflows.

• At least 5 years of experience as a system developer in web-based solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in frontend development in modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working with user interfaces, user experience, and interaction design.
• Experience of close collaboration with users or business representatives, for example through workshops, interviews, user tests, or similar activities.
• At least 1 year of experience in backend development on modern server or cloud platforms, such as .NET, Java, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience working with REST-based APIs and structured information management in system integrations.
• Documented experience of creating, further developing, and maintaining technical solutions together with solution architects, information architects, development teams, and business representatives that support data quality, traceability, integration, and further utilization of data.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business-oriented teams.
• A systematic approach with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Good ability to work independently, good collaboration skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience in technical development or maintenance within healthcare operations, laboratory-related activities, diagnostics, or similar environments where information flows, data quality, and traceability have been central.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions, such as GitHub.
