You will become part of an organization driving digital transformation by developing common platforms, ways of working, and technical capabilities used extensively across the business. This role differs from the traditional systems engineer position, combining systems understanding, architecture, and practical development work with change management and close collaboration with the business units.

The work takes place in short, intensive projects where you, together with developers, architects, and specialists, help various parts of the business accelerate their technical development. The focus is on analyzing complex systems, identifying reusable solutions, and creating conditions for scalable ways of working. Once a solution is established, responsibility is handed over to the business unit, meaning there is significant variation between assignments.

In this role, you will:

• Design and further develop common software platforms and technical solutions.
• Analyze system behavior, architecture, and performance to identify improvement and reuse opportunities.
• Work with modern technologies within AI, cloud solutions, distributed systems, and real-time environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, systems engineers, and business units to translate technical needs into sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to platform strategy, technical direction, and the establishment of best practices.
• Be a driving force in digital transformation by supporting teams in new ways of working and technical solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with complex technical systems.
• Experience in programming, regardless of the programming language.
• Practical experience using AI to analyze or improve technical systems.
• Ability to analyze system behavior, architecture, and the interaction between different systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving in technical environments.
• Good command of English.

It is an advantage if you have experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, or real-time environments. Experience in platform development, technical architecture, or safety-critical systems with high reliability requirements is also seen as a plus.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. This position requires Swedish citizenship.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
