About the RoleAs Commercial Product Manager for Concrete Complements, you have overall responsibility for the business within the product area.
This is a business-oriented role where you develop assortment, profitability, and customer value while building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. The role is performed in close collaboration with the sales organization, purchasing, and other functions within the business. You are part of the marketing department and report to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness and Results
- Develop business plans, pricing strategies, and assortments with a focus on profitability, growth, and customer value
- Responsible for monitoring budgets, results, and forecasts
Suppliers and Market
- Establish and develop supplier networks and negotiate agreements
- Analyze market, volumes, and business data as a basis for decision-making
Sales and Customer
- Work closely with the sales organization and participate in customer dialogues and projects
- Work with product solutions in dialogue with sales and customers, based on needs and projects
Development and Internal Collaboration
- Identify business opportunities and drive initiatives that develop the product area
- Support and train the sales organization
- Personnel responsibility for one employee
The role also involves some collaboration with Nordic sister companies.
ProfileTo succeed in this role, business drive, engagement, and the ability to develop a business area are required.
This is a role with multiple possible entry points. You may have a commercial background in product, assortment, or purchasing – alternatively, a background from construction or technology where you have developed a strong business interest.
The most important thing is your ability to identify and drive business opportunities.
Requirements- Experience of commercial responsibility, e.g., within product, business, or assortment
- Ability to work with business plans, pricing, and profitability issues
- Experience working closely with sales organization and/or purchasing
- Good analytical skills and habit of working data-driven (e.g., Excel)
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience from the construction industry or related industry
- Experience working with drawings, technical documentation, or product solutions
- Negotiation skills and experience with supplier relationships
- Leadership experience
