About Us

Stunder is an addition to elderly care throughout Sweden. We help the elderly with activities, practical help at home, and companionship. Together we reduce loneliness! Our customers always meet the same person at each visit. What the visits contain is flexible and may, for example, involve walks, accompaniment for errands, practical help at home, activities based on interests, and companionship.

About the Job

As a Stunder in this specific assignment, you will meet a woman living in Nacka. You will support the customer with practical help in everyday life and activities. Care and nursing are not included in the assignment.

Social interaction is very important in the assignment, and in your approach, you focus on building trust and a secure relationship.

The starting point for your work is the customer's needs, wishes, and daily condition. Together you decide what you do on each occasion, preferably practical help at home, accompaniment for errands, and companionship.

You work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week. From 11:30 AM onwards. Both weekdays and weekends may occur.

About You

You are a social, engaged, and caring person who is motivated by doing good for other people. You are flexible and thrive in roles where what you are supposed to do is not predetermined, but adapted based on the needs that arise. You are a person who naturally takes responsibility and initiative. You are welcome to have experience in care and nursing or equivalent experience.
