Assistanskraft AB is currently looking for a personal assistant for a woman living in Solna.

The client lives in her own apartment and needs support in her daily life with all basic and other activities of daily living (ADL). The work is largely supervisory in nature, requiring you to be nearby and provide individually tailored support based on the client's needs and routines.

You must be able to receive and follow oral instructions and work according to written routines. It is important that you are engaged, attentive to assistance needs, and listen to the client's wishes – without passively waiting for guidance.

The position primarily involves awake night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. There is an opportunity to work extra hours if needed and potentially secure more shifts in the long run.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and receptive.
• Is responsible and flexible.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrates respectful and professional interaction.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and understood.

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• Knowledge of Finnish.
• Experience with or knowledge of oxygen and ventilators.
• Ability to prepare nutritious and varied meals during day shifts.

Other Information

Personal suitability is highly valued.

A valid extract from the criminal record register is required for employment.
