About the role

Academic Work is looking for you who want to develop in a role as a Project Engineer where you support project managers in complex projects.

Responsibilities

You will support our client in various stages of their projects, from planning to implementation and follow-up within the transport sector.

• Responsible for coordinating and organizing technical meetings
• Responsible for documentation and compliance with processes
• Compilation of requirements and safety documents
• You will also be involved in the handover of facilities

We are looking for you who

• Have a technical university education of at least 180 credits or other education and experience that we assess as relevant for the assignment
• Have strong drive as well as the willingness and ability to take own responsibility with a fearless attitude towards new tasks
• Have very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
• Hold a B driving license

It is meritorious if you have experience from administrative or practical work in the construction and infrastructure industry, but this is not a requirement. We see it as meritorious if you live in or have a connection to Skellefteå.

In the role, you will provide administrative support, but are also expected to be able to search for information and contact relevant parties in a coordinating function.
