At Customer Center, we exist to provide our customers with a simple and clear entry point, ensuring they can contact us 24/7, 365 days a year, for assistance with their cases. Our customers include all operations within Region Skåne as well as the citizens of the region. This results in a vast variety of cases we receive, and our customer information specialists possess extensive knowledge of our large organization. Our goal is to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in customer interactions.

Customer Center handles approximately 60 assignments of various kinds, such as general and recurring questions, specialist tasks, and fault reports. We also handle orders, bookings, complaints, and other administrative tasks. The majority of our cases come via telephone, and we handle approximately 2,500,000 incoming calls per year. We also receive cases via functional mailboxes and chat.

At Support 1, we are approximately 30 colleagues working in fresh premises at Medicon Village in Lund. We provide telephone support and case management 24/7, all year round, on behalf of various operations within Region Skåne. Among other things, we handle property cases, local cleaning orders, and calls for Regional Alarm. Additionally, we guide colleagues in our case management system, staff the front line for telephone support, and guide citizens in patient information. At night, we also staff Region Skåne's switchboard. RESPONSIBILITIES

We look forward to welcoming customer information specialists for fixed-term positions of up to 6 months to Support 1 at Customer Center in Lund!

In our unit, we work towards about 20 different assignments, which means a variation in your work and the type of cases you will handle during a workday. Your work primarily involves customer meetings via telephone, but also case management via digital channels and written case support for colleagues, patients, citizens, subcontractors, authorities, and politicians. A large part of our daily work takes place in different systems for the various service functions. Therefore, it is important that you have an aptitude for getting to grips with these systems and thrive in a work environment where you work with multiple screens, switch between several systems, prioritize tasks, and have a technical understanding.

To give you, as a customer information specialist, a good start and tools for success in your work, you will receive introductory and further training in customer communication, IT and telephone systems, as well as operational knowledge.

Working hours are variable and can be scheduled between 06:40 - 21:15, every day of the week. Night work may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you with a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have previous experience from work within customer service, reception, call center, administration, or another service profession. Since our work is largely digital, it is also of great importance that you have an aptitude for getting to grips with and working in different systems. We see that you have good technical competence and computer literacy. It is an advantage if you have experience in customer service work in several different support systems. If you have previous work experience within healthcare, we also view this as beneficial.

Putting the customer at the center and delivering very good service in all situations comes naturally to you. You also have good communication skills, are driven to achieve results, and collaborate with colleagues to create high customer satisfaction. To succeed in the role, it is required that you take significant personal responsibility, are self-reliant, and can prioritize and maintain calm when the influx is high. Furthermore, you are efficient in your work, stimulated by change, and have a high level of flexibility to handle the varying customer questions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a customer information specialist, you are the face of our administration, Regionservice, and the link between our customers and service units. Since most of our cases are received via telephone, it is important that you enjoy this type of customer contact. In our work, we meet both stressed and frustrated customers in various challenging situations. This requires creative problem-solving skills, which we see as both exciting and developing - which we hope you do too!
