Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at BAUHAUS, you have an important and operational role with significant customer contact. You are the face of BAUHAUS to our customers and a key player for us. Therefore, it is important that you are service-minded, professional, and have a natural ability to provide excellent customer service.

You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and coworkers. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting assortment, and no two days are alike. You will thrive here! People of all age groups meet here, each contributing their unique experience, creating a wonderful dynamic.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of Sales Associate, you need to be service- and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is an added plus if you are practical and have industry experience and/or have been a tradesperson, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken).

We are looking for you who can work varied hours, including daytime, evening, and weekends. The position is part-time.
