Job Description

You will work as a teacher for the intermediate grades (grades 4-6) at the school, covering subjects such as Social Studies (SO), Natural Science (NO), and Mathematics. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and in collaboration with other educators at the school, in accordance with the school's guiding documents. You will lead your own teaching and collaborate closely with other pedagogues in the operation. As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You serve as an adult role model for all students at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher education and a teaching license for grades 4-6. If you have previous experience in pedagogical work at the primary school level, this is an advantage. To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, and have the ability to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in this role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people acquire knowledge and of different prerequisites for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operation.

Terms and Conditions

This position is subject to a background check. Applicants must provide a certificate of no criminal record from the police before employment begins.

The position is a fixed-term temporary position. Interviews will be held at the start of the school year.
