We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We at Alma Assistans are now looking for temporary substitutes for one of our clients in Tranemo.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you will work in a family environment where it is important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done in the home. At the same time, you need to be sensitive and respectful so that the family has the space to just be a family.

The work involves assisting a man in his 40s with extensive physical care needs. The client can describe his needs himself and how he wishes the assistance to be performed. The home has all necessary aids and the residence is adapted to his needs.

Your Qualifications

Previous experience in care or social services is preferred. The family lives in Tranemo, and it is important that you can easily commute to the workplace. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

Working Hours

• Day shift: 07:30–16:15
• Evening/Night: 16:00–09:15 (including 7.5 hours on-call)

The schedule will be evaluated continuously together with the client and assistants and may therefore be adjusted in the future.

Employment Type

Hourly employment as needed, with the possibility of a permanent shift later on. Recruitment is ongoing.

A driver's license is a must!
