Personal Assistant for a Woman with Autism

At Poolarna Assistans, we are currently looking for a warm, reliable, and engaged personal assistant with experience in autism, picture communication, and sign support.

About the Position

This is a permanent position at 75% employment. The working hours are 12 hours per shift, with day shifts (08:00–20:00) and awake night shifts (20:00–08:00).

The work is based at the client's home, but you will also accompany them to activities, outings, medical appointments, and more.

It is a varied role where you assist our client with personal care, daily routines, medication management, exercise, and communication.

Reliable, sensitive, and responsible, flexible, and able to adapt to different situations.

Requirements for Applicants

• Must be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (polismyndigheten) showing no criminal record.
• Experience in care and support is an advantage, but personal suitability is our top priority.
