Your role

As a Car Rental Agent, you will handle our customers' entire rental experience, from booking and pickup, to return, car wash, damage inspection, and refueling.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions at the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Active work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Damage inspection.
• Car care.
• Delivery of rental cars.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driver's license for at least 1 year, with manual transmission capability.
• Good computer skills.

Working hours

You will work on a two-week rotating schedule: 07:00–16:00 during the first week and 09:00–18:00 during the second week. The work week is Monday to Friday.
