Are you a structured and service-oriented administrator who thrives on handling multiple contacts and keeping details in order? We are now looking for an administrator for a global service company in Gävle.
Our client is a global service company specializing in meal services and facility management. They offer a wide range of service solutions for businesses and the public sector.
As an administrator with our client, you will become a central and important part of the daily operations. You will work closely with the business to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks are varied and require strong prioritization skills.
The work is largely carried out in the client's internal business system, where you manage the flow from menu distribution to final order and customer contact.
Your main responsibilities:
- Administration: Entering menu choices and orders into the business system.
- Production Support: Printing schedules, menus, and labels for the kitchen and distribution.
- Customer Service: Handling incoming calls regarding order changes or cancellations.
- Deviation Management: Receiving and documenting incoming complaints according to established procedures.
- Verification: Checking and quality-assuring that the correct data is entered into the systems.
This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant placed at the client's site. The position is full-time with a planned start date of September 1st.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience with administrative tasks.
- Good knowledge of administrative support systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with different functions within the business. Furthermore, you are responsible, flexible, and have good patience for handling and documenting incoming customer complaints according to established procedures.
