We are currently looking for 1–2 personal assistants for a client in Partille!

Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory daily life.

We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your client's needs, and who are attentive and humble.

As a personal assistant, you work both independently and with colleagues. You work based on the client's individual needs, both in and outside the home. You should be able to assist the client based on both oral and written instructions.

We are looking for you who:

• Want to work for a man living in Partille.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Are a non-smoker.
• Are female.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or other care-related work.
• Have experience with transfer techniques (förflyttningsteknik).

You are a person with a strong work ethic and see the bigger picture in a task.

About the employment

This is a full-time position with working hours 09:00–22:30 and 09:00–15:00, plus every third weekend.

We offer a fixed-term employment for the duration of the assignment, with hourly pay.

The client has 24/7 assistance with awake nights.
