We are currently looking for 1–2 personal assistants for a client in Partille!

Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory everyday life.

We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your user's needs and are sensitive and humble.

As a personal assistant, you work both alone and with colleagues. You work based on the client's individual needs, both at home and outside the home. You should be able to help the client based on both oral and written instructions.

We are looking for you who:

• Want to work for a man living in Partille
• Have a B driver's license
• Are a non-smoker
• Are female

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or other care-related work
• Have experience with transfer techniques (förflyttningsteknik)

You are a person with a strong work ethic and see the big picture in a task.

About the employment

This is a full-time position with working hours 09:00–22:30 and 09:00–15:00, as well as every third weekend.

We offer employment for a fixed term as long as the assignment lasts, and the pay form is hourly wage.

The client has 24/7 assistance with awake nights.
