Job Description

As a Resource Planner within the home care service, you are a key person in the operations and work on behalf of the unit manager. You are the central hub for planning, staffing, and coordination with a clear goal: ensuring the right intervention is performed by the right person, at the right time, based on the needs of both the operations and the customer.

Your work involves creating structure and overview in a daily routine that is constantly in motion. You ensure that customer planning is correct based on assistance decisions and individual needs, and you revise schedules when conditions change or new interventions are added. In close dialogue with managers and work groups, you coordinate customer interventions and contribute to a smooth daily life for both customers and employees.

You work continuously in My Plans (Mina Planer), where you update, follow up, and close time-limited interventions. An important part of the assignment is also to build, adapt, and follow up on basic schedules, as well as plan and schedule staff in an operation with 24/7 and weekend coverage. Here, you switch between long-term planning and quick, well-thought-out solutions when acute staffing needs arise.

The role includes ensuring efficient use of resources, for example by handling overcapacity responsibly. You are also responsible for the correct registration and follow-up of absenteeism, extra hours, and overtime, and you monitor deviations between planned and actual working hours, always based on current laws, agreements, and guidelines.

As a Resource Planner, you participate in follow-up and development work and collaborate with other Resource Planners within the administration. You also play an important role in planning and following up on the introduction of new employees, making you a key part of creating a secure and well-functioning onboarding process in the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a stable foundation and thrive in a role where structure, coordination, and a holistic perspective are crucial. You have a secondary education and relevant work experience from an administrative or coordinating function, such as executive support, coordinator, planner, or staffing manager.

You have experience with scheduling and planning in operations with 24/7 and weekend coverage and are well-versed in the Working Hours Act, particularly regulations regarding daily and weekly rest. You are computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems, and you express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Since the role involves close collaboration with both managers and work groups, it is important that you feel confident in communicating, explaining, and coordinating in daily operations.

Merits

  • Experience in administrative work within health and care.
  • Experience with systems such as Time Care, LifeCare, or Visma/Personec P.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Personal Attributes

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are structured, solution-focused, and thrive in a role where both pace and complexity can vary from day to day. You have a logistical mindset, are meticulous and responsible, and have a natural ability to see connections and the bigger picture.

To thrive in this role, you must work independently and make well-considered prioritizations within your area of responsibility, even when conditions change rapidly. At the same time, you need to be relationship-building and find it easy to collaborate and build trust in meetings with both colleagues and other professions. You handle situations with varying paces in a secure, professional, and non-hierarchical manner and actively contribute to a functioning and sustainable daily life in the operations.

Terms of Employment

  • Salary: Monthly salary.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.
  • Working Hours: Scheduled.
