We are now looking for a Space Developer who wants to be part of this work – and who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and practical store operations.

About the role

As a Space Developer at Mio, you work with developing and quality-assuring planograms and product presentation for our fast-moving departments. You transform data, guidelines, and commercial materials into concrete store materials that support sales, profitability, and an inspiring customer experience.

You work in a wonderful, competent Space team and collaborate closely with assortment, concept development, and replenishment. This is a role for you who likes to see the big picture but also enjoys going down to the detail level – and who understands that a well-made planogram is more than a document; it is the foundation for how the customer experiences our store.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop, update, and follow up on planograms for fast-moving departments
• Ensure that product display follows our commercial parameters and guidelines
• Analyze space efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute operational recommendations regarding assortment, packaging, and presentation
• Collaborate with stores, merchandising, replenishment, and customer teams to ensure planograms work in reality
• Support product launches and sales starts with correct and updated materials

This is you

You are meticulous and analytical, but you also have a sense for the visual and commercial aspects. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand that what you do at the office in Tibro directly impacts the experience in-store – from Trelleborg to Vilhelmina.

• Experience with planograms, space management, or product presentation, preferably from retail
• Ability to interpret and translate data into practical store solutions
• Good understanding of how assortment, space, and customer flow are connected
• Used to working structured with documentation and quality assurance
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with several functions in parallel

The position is located at our fantastic Service Office in Tibro, and remote/hybrid work is not applied.
