Do you want to work in a varied economic administrative role where structure, service, and attention to detail make a difference in everyday life? The IT Department is now looking for an Economic Administrator who wants to help ensure that our financial flows function efficiently, correctly, and with high quality.
Description
In this role, you belong to the IT Department's staff function and work closely with controllers, colleagues within the IT Department, the municipality's administrations and companies, as well as external suppliers. You will become an important support in the ongoing economic administration and contribute to order, follow-up, and good service in matters concerning invoicing, billing, reconciliations, and economic data.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing customer and internal invoicing as well as billing of IT services to administrations, companies, and external parties.
- Work with supplier and customer accounts, coding, approval flows, control of invoice data, and payment-related issues.
- Perform reconciliations, adjustments, and economic investigations in the economic system, as well as analyze economic data.
- Assist controllers with economic administrative support in work with annual reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Project administration with handling of economic data, follow-up, and accounting-related activities.
Systems and Tools
You will primarily work in Raindance, Proceedo, and Excel. Experience with similar economic, purchasing, and case management systems is meritorious, as is good proficiency in handling and structuring economic data in Excel.
We are looking for someone who
- has education in economics, administration, or other education that the employer deems relevant.
- has experience in economic administration, invoicing, customer, and supplier accounts.
- has a good understanding of reconciliations, coding, and economic flows.
- is accustomed to working in digital systems and has good knowledge of Excel.
- has experience working independently with economic processes and follow-up in a business-close role.
- expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
As a person, you are
You are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious, with the ability to handle economic data in a systematic and reliable manner. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that issues are followed up and completed.
To succeed in the role, you need to have an analytical approach and be able to understand how different economic flows, routines, and processes are connected. You have the ability to identify deviations, see connections in economic data, and contribute to correct and well-founded solutions.
You are curious and find it easy to get into new systems and ways of working. When the business develops and new digital solutions are introduced, you see opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to creating efficient routines.
The role involves many contact surfaces, which requires good cooperation skills and a service-oriented approach. You communicate clearly, build trusting relationships, and enjoy providing support to both colleagues and the business.
