About the role
As a Freight Forwarder, you have overall control over the customer's cargo flow and are responsible for your own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing, with a focus on road transport. You have regular contact and close collaboration with account managers, suppliers, and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Pricing of road transport
• Planning and booking transports according to customer requests
• Customs handling
• Issuance of transport documents
• Delivery monitoring and deviation reporting
• Invoicing and cost control
• Participation in customer and supplier meetings
• Active work with customer relations and good service
• Contributing to team development and improvement of working methods, routines, and processes

The position is a permanent employment located at our headquarters in central Gothenburg, with proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. National travel occurs occasionally in the role in connection with customer visits and tenders. Your profile
We are looking for you who want to continue developing within forwarding together with us and contribute to delivering first-class service and smart solutions to our customers. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education in logistics and at least 3-5 years of experience in road forwarding. It is an advantage if you have worked with different customer segments previously, preferably with pricing. Swedish and English are used daily in the work, so you need to speak and write both languages fluently. Good knowledge of the production system CW1 and Office365 is desirable.
