The role includes, among other things:
- Performing construction and carpentry-related property tasks, including repairs, renovations, adaptations, and preventive maintenance.

- Working for high safety, good working environment, and reduced environmental impact, including responsibility for Hot Work and 5S, as well as participating in safety rounds and audits.
- Supporting the property department by collaborating with other facility technicians and performing common tasks as needed.
- Responsible for purchasing consumables related to property and carpentry work, as well as working cost-effectively.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of methods, routines, and processes, and acting as a mentor for new hires and temporary staff.
Qualifications
As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a practical and varied role. You take responsibility for your tasks, work in a structured manner, and have a strong focus on quality and safety. You collaborate well with colleagues within the property department as well as with other functions in the organization, building trusting relationships easily in a dynamic environment.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Education in construction and carpentry and/or documented professional experience in construction or house building.
- Experience with property maintenance and construction-related tasks.
- Good technical and practical competence in building structures and carpentry work.
- Good knowledge of working environment, safety, and relevant regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in the profession or being a fully trained apprentice, as the role periodically involves working independently.
