What are we looking for? We are looking for Foremen/Supervisors for our construction operations in the West.

What does the role entail and what are the responsibilities? As a Foreman/Supervisor, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing production and work within the project. You plan the work so that production follows both the schedule and the budget. You are responsible for ensuring that machinery and the correct amount of materials are in the right place at the right time. You actively work to ensure we meet our environmental and sustainability goals, and you ensure that systematic work environment efforts continue uninterrupted. We would prefer that you have documented experience in the role of Foreman/Supervisor, preferably in larger residential projects and commercial buildings.

What you need to be able to do:

• Experience from the industry where you have worked as a Foreman/Supervisor.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Preference given to candidates with an engineering degree or equivalent vocational education.

Start date by agreement. The position is a permanent employment, and we apply a probationary period. Recruitment takes place continuously during the application period.
