About the Role

Our client continues to grow and is therefore looking for several experienced concrete workers for their precast production. The assignment is long-term with very good opportunities for employment with the client.

About the Role:

At our client's facility, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements for the construction industry. The production includes, among other things, walls, sandwich walls, balconies, floor slabs, and other advanced concrete structures where several processes work together to create a finished product.

The work involves tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, pouring, embedding components, as well as finishing and quality control. The products vary in complexity and can include solutions for installations, fixings, and finished surface coatings. The work is carried out based on drawings and requires precision, understanding of the manufacturing process, and a practical approach.

You will become part of a modern production environment where collaboration, quality, and professional skill are important parts of everyday life.

Your Profile:

We are looking for you who have previously worked in precast concrete manufacturing and are accustomed to a production environment. You understand how the manufacturing works from preparation to finished product and feel confident working from drawings. As a person, you are responsible, precise, and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Experience working in precast concrete manufacturing
• Experience reading drawings
• Good understanding of the concrete process and production flow
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

Merits:

• Experience with reinforcement and pouring
• Overhead crane certificate (Traverskort)
• Experience with finishing of concrete elements
• Concrete training (K1–K3)

Working Hours: Daytime
Start Date: After summer vacation, preliminarily week 32–34

The assignment is initially a temporary hire through Ikett with very good opportunities for transition to permanent employment with the client. For the right person, direct recruitment may also be an option.
