Your role at Falkdahl As a Site Supervisor at Falkdahl, you will be responsible for your own civil engineering and construction projects, from the initial planning phase to final delivery. The role involves close dialogue with customers, where you identify their needs, present solutions, prepare quotes, and ensure that projects are carried out according to plan. You will lead and coordinate skilled workers, machine operators, and subcontractors, while ensuring that production runs smoothly with a focus on quality, working environment, and safety in daily operations. Your duties also include planning resources, monitoring schedules and project economics, as well as handling documentation, self-inspections, and follow-ups in a structured manner. • At least 5 years of experience from the civil engineering and construction industry.
• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role.
• Practical experience in construction work, piping, foundation work, and reading drawings.
• Ability to plan, lead, and follow up on projects independently.
• Experience coordinating staff, machine operators, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of project economics.
• Knowledge of working environment, safety, and quality.
• Basic understanding of AMA Construction standards.
• Computer literacy and ease of working in digital systems.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
