Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged special educator who wants to contribute to ensuring that all children are given the best possible conditions for success. The role involves supervising and supporting principals and work teams. You will work closely with principals and educators, playing a vital role in the preschools' work where collaboration and the best interests of the child are central.

The position is a fixed-term assignment for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

Degree in Special Education
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license and access to a personal car

We view experience working as a special educator as well as experience working in DF Respons positively.

The work involves many contact points, so you need to be positive, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You have the ability to build good relationships and have an approach characterized by sensitivity with the best interests of the child in focus.

The work is varied, and you will support several preschools. Therefore, we see flexibility and lack of hierarchy as important, as the work requires the ability to adapt support to needs.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
