The Education Administration is responsible for preschools, leisure centers, primary schools, upper secondary schools, as well as adapted primary and upper secondary schools. The position and duties

For the autumn semester, we at Falkbergsskolan in Tullinge are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications in mathematics and have experience teaching grades 6–9. You will be part of one of the school's four work teams and teach mathematics within grades 6–9.

Your duties include teaching mathematics and related tasks such as preparation and follow-up work, as well as grading. You are part of a work team and participate in the team's joint work. You contribute to a good learning environment through active work in working groups. Together, you focus on the students' knowledge development. You also collaborate with other staff at the school. You actively participate in the school's values-based work and work inclusively. You strive to stay updated as a teacher and in your subjects through environmental scanning, further training, and collegial learning.

Mentorship is a central part of your role through social contact regarding students and classes, communication with guardians, absence management, development conferences, and collaboration with authorities and social services. In your role, you collaborate with the student health team. You are expected to be able to work with digital tools in your teaching.

Falkbergsskolan in Tullinge is a school for students in grades 6–9. The school has approximately 445 students and is characterized by competent and dedicated staff with certified teachers.

Requirements

• Teacher certification with qualifications in mathematics for lower secondary school
• Experience teaching mathematics in lower secondary school

Meritorious:

• Experience in mentorship
• ICT skills (Google)
• Experience with V-Class (adapted education)
