About the Company

We are currently looking for several consultants for an international life science company in strong growth with operations in Uppsala. The company works at the forefront of research and develops advanced technologies for the analysis of biological samples, with customers worldwide. Here you are offered a modern laboratory environment, high competence, and the opportunity to work in close collaboration between research, analysis, and technology.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in an analysis laboratory focusing on clinical samples and advanced analysis methods. You will become part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality analysis results to international customers. Examples of tasks include:

• Performing laboratory analyses according to established methods and quality requirements
• Handling and processing samples in both small and large batches
• Working with pipetting (including small volumes) and laboratory equipment
• Ensuring correct documentation according to current procedures and quality systems
• Participating in quality controls and contributing to reliable results
• Collaborating with colleagues and other functions within the organization
• Contributing to order, structure, and daily operations in the laboratory environment
• Troubleshooting and handling simpler technical issues related to equipment

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced laboratory environment. We expect you to have:

• Post-secondary education in biotechnology, molecular biology, or similar
• Experience in laboratory work, preferably linked to analysis and customer deliveries
• Practical experience with pipetting, preferably of small volumes
• Understanding of quality work and laboratory standards (e.g., GCP)
• Good knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Automated pipetting systems or laboratory robots
• LIMS or similar systems
• NGS or similar analysis methods

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and have a natural focus on quality and delivery.
