You will report to our CFO.
About the company
Västanhede Office provides administrative services to all companies within the Västanhede Group, including handling of payroll, HR, accounting, IT, quality, and environmental work, among other things.

About the role
In the role of Accounting Manager, you have overall operational responsibility for the accounting of approximately 12 companies while simultaneously leading and supporting a smaller finance team. This is a key role in the business where you combine qualified accounting work with team leadership and close collaboration with the business operations. You work independently on ongoing tasks and ensure high quality and that deadlines are met. At the same time, you are a natural team player who supports and coaches the team in their daily work. This is an operational role – you work close to the business and are not a formal manager, but you have an important function in leading, structuring, and developing the group's work.
As Accounting Manager, you are responsible for accounting and reporting for the companies within the group. You ensure quality and structure in the financial processes while acting as a support for colleagues and managers in financial matters.
The role offers great opportunities to influence working methods, processes, and the development of the finance department.

We are looking for you who
- Have a university degree in economics
- Have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting or audit firm or a larger company
- Have good experience with independent closing work
- Have worked with tax returns and annual reports
- Have experience with group reconciliations and reporting
- Have good system familiarity and are quick to learn new systems
- Have experience or interest in leading and supporting others in daily work
- Are self-starting and structured in your work
- Have good experience with payroll processing
- Thrive in an operational role where you get to combine responsibility with practical work
- Are a natural leader who coaches and inspires others without having personnel responsibility
- Have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and create structure
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's development
- Handle Swedish fluently in speech and writing
- You are structured, meticulous, and confident in your accounting competence. You work independently and take responsibility for driving your work forward, while being unpretentious and enjoying collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team culture.
- You enjoy supporting colleagues and are happy to be the person others turn to for advice and guidance. As a person, you are also analytical, solution-oriented, and driven by developing both processes and people.
