Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where genuine collaboration is part of everyday life? Nilaskolan is Malå Municipality's only school, and here all education from preschool class to adult education is gathered. Nilaskolan is preparing for primary school to become 10 years long from 2028 and therefore has a four-year lower stage and hires teachers from preschool class.

Nilaskolan is a small school with high staff density, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning. Here, teachers work closely with each other and with the students, in an environment characterized by engagement, security, and shared responsibility for the quality of teaching. We are now looking for a teacher who wants to develop our school together with us.

Responsibilities

The staff's responsibilities consist of planning, leading, developing, and conducting teaching, as well as making adjustments so that it stimulates and challenges the student's curiosity, development, and learning. Security and peace at work are an important part of the school's value base. We work in work teams and sometimes in subject-specific teams.

Qualifications

You are a certified primary school teacher. You should have good cooperation skills, be flexible, possess pedagogical insight, and have the ability to build good relationships with our students.

We would like you to be clear, structured, creative, and have good communication skills as a person.

Digital competence is a prerequisite for working with us.

Flexibility, cooperation skills, and engagement are important qualities. Cooperation with leisure time activities is included.

Conditions

Full-time, permanent if necessary decisions are made, probationary period may be applicable.
