Your duties will consist of teaching and mentorship for Year 6. The role includes planning, evaluation, and documentation. You will use Schoolsoft as a tool for documentation and communication with students and parents.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach in Years 4–6. You are well-grounded in the school's governing documents and actively participate in pedagogical development work and collegial learning processes, creating conditions for every child's learning and development.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, solution-focused, and attuned to each student's prerequisites and needs. Naturally, you are passionate about student development and learning. In your formative approach to your teaching, you are curious and interested in thoughts and ideas from both students and colleagues. Together with the work team, you want to contribute to developing our environment and operations – to challenge our children towards creativity, curiosity, a love for learning, and mutual respect.

You are secure and stable and contribute to new thinking and development based on a scientific foundation and proven experience. You contribute to a positive collaborative climate at the workplace and are skilled at collaborating and building good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians.

Previous experience in mentorship and teaching is an advantage.

The Child and Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools.
