In Sweden, Vattenfall Värme delivers district heating, district cooling, and steam to industries, property owners, and residential customers in fifteen municipalities. We provide sustainable heating to approximately 200,000 Swedish households, as well as heat, cooling, and steam to industrial customers. As a Technician (Coordinator) in Motala/Askersund, you are offered a varied and developmental role. You work with the operation and maintenance of the district heating network, participate in new construction and renovation projects, and project manage smaller reinvestment projects. The role also includes responsibility for customer meter issues, service, and maintenance of customers' substations. On-call duty is included for Motala/Askersund as well as Nyköping.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of the district heating network.
• Responsibility for moisture and chamber alarm systems.
• Drive and project manage smaller reinvestment projects.
• Participate in new construction and renovation projects.
• Troubleshooting and advisory services regarding substations.
• Order and supervise contractors.
• Provide technical sales support.
• Handle customer meter issues (new installations, revision replacements, and communication errors).

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a service technician within energy, HVAC, process, or equivalent.
• Education at the upper secondary or university level within a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in steering and coordinating contractors.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

We are looking for someone who is calm and stable with good collaboration skills. You thrive in a broad role with many contact surfaces and act as a cohesive link in the work. You are self-initiating, take the initiative, and have the ability to plan and structure your work. You work result-oriented and take responsibility for your tasks. On-call duty is included in the position.
