We are immediately seeking a Coating Technician for one of our clients in Norrköping.

About the role

The client company is a modern maintenance company with a long tradition. Through innovative thinking, ideas, and working methods, they aim to develop and find new solutions together with their customers.

As a Coating Technician, you will work on-site at various types of industries and facilities in Östergötland, focusing on surface protection for concrete and metal. The role also involves travel and overnight stays away from home.

Today, they have over 100 employees and have been operating for 35 years. They are established in Norrköping with offices and workshops, as well as in Kisa, Oxelösund, and Stockholm with workshops. High customer service, competent staff, high-quality products, and their own workshops have made them a strong supplier in the market.

This position is a temporary-to-permanent recruitment via Montico HR Partner, where the client has the ambition to offer permanent employment in the future.

We are looking for you who

have the following qualifications:

• You have knowledge and work experience in blasting, wear/corrosion protection, or alternatively concrete work or similar.
• Previous work experience from construction, painting, or industry.
• Experience taking responsibility in work groups and preferably previous leadership experience, such as as a foreman or in a coordinating role.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Certified in anti-corrosion painting.
• Training in thermosetting plastics (hard plastic).
• Training in concrete work.
