We are looking for a successful leader who is good at accurate accounting, making sustainable business decisions, and developing strong customer relationships. Your mission is to drive our division in Linköping through good leadership and clear goals, as well as to develop and maintain a positive climate and engagement both internally and externally. Your background should be from the electrical industry.

As Operations Manager in Linköping, in addition to personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 8 employees, you will be responsible for the division's economy, including business and sales responsibility, identifying deviations, and updating project forecasts in the financial system. You are responsible for pricing, tenders, and closures towards our customers, as well as purchasing and procurement. You are part of the South East region's management group, where you are expected to contribute to the development of the business, and you report to the Regional Manager.

The focus will be on managing customers and the established operations, as well as further development where you, together with your team, create growth in the region. Who are you?

We are looking for you who have good experience of leadership within the electrical industry. You have good experience of working with service and contracting, and you feel secure in your leadership. You have a good ability to handle relationships and you understand the importance of being responsive, being a good communicator, and solving challenges in a constructive and non-hierarchical way together with employees and customers. Furthermore, we would like you to have a development-oriented approach and be a person with good initiative, good drive, and forward momentum, as well as being genuinely interested in conducting sustainable business. You can plan and organize your work in a structured and efficient manner, as well as initiating continuous improvement within your area.

Your qualifications?

• Relevant education and good leadership experience. Experience from the industry, e.g., as a foreman or operations/division manager, is meritorious.
• Knowledge of interpreting different contract forms as well as good knowledge within contracting law, contract and agreement knowledge, and delivery terms.
• Good knowledge and understanding of economic connections and business systems.
• Fluent in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good language skills in English.
• Business and commercial understanding. Seeing the big picture and customer needs, as well as experience from working with developing effective teams.
• The role requires a B driver's license.
