You will become a central figure in the operations and work closely with customers, suppliers, and craftsmen in a role that combines project management, customer contact, sales, and business development.

As a project manager, you are responsible for selling in, planning, coordinating, and following up on projects within bathroom production, bathroom renovation, and property-related services. You act as the link between the customer, craftsmen, and suppliers, ensuring that projects are carried out with high quality, within budget, and according to schedule.

The role also involves personal responsibility for developing business, creating new customer relationships, and identifying new project opportunities.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Project management of bathroom renovations and wet room projects from start to completion
• Planning and coordination of craftsmen and subcontractors
• Customer contact and advice throughout the entire project process
• Advice on bathroom interiors, material selection, and holistic solutions
• Quotation work, costing, and follow-up
• Sales and development of new business opportunities
• Purchasing and coordination of materials and deliveries
• Quality assurance and follow-up of completed work
• Contribute to the development of the company's working methods and processes
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

• Experience from the construction, installation, or craftsmanship industry
• Good ability to create and develop customer relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured
• Good administrative skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience in project management, foremanship, or coordination
• Experience with bathroom renovations, wet room projects, or contracting projects
• Knowledge of BBV, Säker Vatten, or other relevant industry regulations
• Knowledge in construction, plumbing, electrical, or similar technical areas
• Experience in costing and quotation work
• Experience in business development or sales
• Interest in bathroom interiors, material selection, and customer-adapted solutions
