Job Information

Professionals Nord is once again launching this successful setup in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Ventilation Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Ventilation Technician.

You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical sessions to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During this period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, working environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Education: August 17 – November 6, 2026

First day at Bravida: November 9, 2026

Job Information

As a Ventilation Technician at Bravida in Linköping, you will become part of the service department and work with various types of service assignments at customer sites. You will become part of an experienced and cohesive team where you have the opportunity to develop long-term within ventilation and service. To give you the right prerequisites for the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually get to know the organization, the customers, and the different types of facilities you work with.

In the role, you will primarily work with service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems for both companies and public operations. The tasks are varied and may include filter changes, fan service, service agreements, rounds, as well as control and maintenance of technical components in ventilation systems. You will also work with troubleshooting in control and regulation technology and handle both planned service assignments and more urgent matters. In the long run, on-call work may also occur in the role.

We are looking for you who have

• Turned 18 years or older
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
• A strong interest in making a career change to Ventilation Technician
• Hold a B driver's license
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Passed background check
