The connecting link of the project

As a Project Engineer with us, you will become a significant part of our project team. Together with the Production Manager, Project Manager, and other colleagues, we drive the work forward and create stability in daily operations. We are building a safe and sustainable production environment together, where productivity, quality, and profitability develop in the right direction.

The role includes contributing data for forecasts, monitoring revenues and cash flow, and preparing project-specific contracts. The work also involves being a key part of our quality and environmental efforts and driving digitalization initiatives within the projects. Additionally, you will handle inquiries, tenders, and offers, while ensuring that information and documentation flows are structured, updated, and easy to find.

The role involves many points of contact, both within the team and with our internal support functions. Daily dialogue also includes customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and various authorities. Through these collaborations, you become a connecting link that creates cohesion, clarity, and good relationships within the project.

A team player with an eye for detail

We are looking for someone who thrives in collaboration and contributes to an open, flat-hierarchical, and supportive climate. You work meticulously with a clear eye for quality, while appreciating the creation of structure in your daily routine.

As a person, you are communicative and enjoy taking on the role of the one who holds the whole together. You have strong leadership skills and ensure that things move forward. You enjoy working on multiple projects in parallel and are motivated by finding solutions to the challenges that arise along the way.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least three years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry
• Experience in financial management and project planning
• A construction engineering degree from a university, university college, or university college of technology
• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of English
• A B-driver’s license and access to a personal car, as travel is part of the role

Experience with schedules and contract matters is a plus. Experience from a similar role is also considered an asset.
