We also view experience of cooperation with the Swedish Armed Forces positively.
Your personal qualities are very important to us. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your commitment. You should be self-reliant, initiative-taking, and work with high integrity, while also being a reliable team player. To succeed in the role, good cooperation skills and a clear, communicative working style are required. You see the value in creating and maintaining structure in your work, and you enjoy continuously working on improvements. It is also important that you can handle stress in a constructive way.
