Job Information

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Air & Energy Technology, is seeking a Ventilation Technician. Air & Energy Technology works with the installation, service, and energy optimization of ventilation systems for businesses and property owners. The company is in an exciting growth phase with several new projects underway, offering a workplace where every employee has the opportunity to influence and develop.

This assignment is part of our staffing solution. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Air & Energy Technology for six months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

As a Ventilation Technician, you will primarily work with the installation of ventilation systems in new construction, renovation, and existing buildings. You will also participate in service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, which provides a varied daily routine and the opportunity to develop broad competence within ventilation.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Assembly of ventilation ducts and units.
• Reading technical drawings.
• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ventilation systems.
• Simple balancing and commissioning.
• Customer contact and collaboration with foremen and suppliers.

The work is performed both independently and together with colleagues, depending on the scope of the project.

The position is primarily based in Norrköping and surrounding areas. Shorter trips with overnight stays occur for certain projects but are adjusted as much as possible based on the business and employees' conditions.

Previous experience from the ventilation industry is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a technical interest and practical experience working with your hands and using tools. This experience can have been acquired through work, education, or personal interest in your spare time. The role is therefore suitable for both those at the beginning of their career and those with experience from similar tasks.

To succeed in the role, we also look for:

• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good knowledge of Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from the ventilation industry.
• Experience as a technician, installer, or other practical role, e.g., within the construction or industrial sector.
• The ability to travel for work when needed.
