You are needed as Linköping develops
Lejonfastigheter has the overall responsibility for providing premises for public operations in Linköping Municipality. As a Space Developer with us, you will have an important role. You are responsible for converting orders for space requirements into a concrete sketch of the premises and, in consultation with property developers, prepare decision-making materials for renovations and new construction. You also act as a project manager in the early stages of smaller renovation projects. You will primarily work with:

• Mapping the customer's space requirements for renovations and new constructions through close dialogue and advice to the operations' designated representatives.
• Translating space requirements into concrete documentation and drawings, such as space programs, room function programs, and plans, in collaboration with architectural firms.
• Reviewing and quality-assuring documentation and drawings to ensure that the proposed space solutions meet the operations' needs.

You will become part of a driven and competent team of nine colleagues consisting of space developers and property developers. In your role, you will also collaborate extensively with other colleagues at Lejonfastigheter.

What do you bring to us?
We are looking for you who have education in property management, construction, or architecture. You also have experience in property and construction issues and can read construction and planning drawings. It is an advantage if this experience comes from public operations.

To thrive in the role, you need to be accustomed to working close to customers and maintaining and nurturing internal and external contacts. You are structured, business-minded, and like to take responsibility. You enjoy collaborating with others and have excellent teamwork skills, while also being self-motivated and driving your work forward.

The role involves many contact surfaces and varying tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, have good communication skills, and are good at creating and maintaining relationships. You place great emphasis on communicating with and updating relevant parties during the work process and are accommodating, clear, and responsive in your interactions. You express yourself clearly in speech and writing and have good system and IT skills.
