Limhamnshus Industri continues to grow and is now seeking a business-driven and strategic CEO to lead the group into its next phase. The group generated over 1 billion SEK in revenue during 2025 and offers products and solutions within paint, cleaning, wood protection, lubricants, rust protection, vehicle washing, as well as specially tailored technical fluids. The operations include both own products and customized private label solutions, including filling, packaging, laboratory services, innovation, development, warehousing, and distribution.

Here you will have a central role in further developing the business, driving profitable growth, and creating structure for continued expansion in an entrepreneurial environment with high ambitions.

About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the group's operations, results, and continued development, with a clear focus on growth, business development, operational improvement, and organizational development. You work closely with the board, management team, and operations to ensure efficiency and long-term value creation, and further develop structures, processes, and ways of working in line with the group's expansion – both organically and through acquisitions.

The location is Fritsla outside Borås and Gothenburg. Presence in Fritsla is expected to be approximately two days per week, with the rest of the time based out of the office in Gothenburg.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the group's operations with full profit and operational responsibility
• Drive continued growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions
• Ensure clear management, structure, and follow-up in the organization
• Develop the business and strengthen the group's market position
• Ensure efficient collaboration between the group's companies and functions
• Work closely with operations and report to the board and owners

We are looking for you who

You may not be a CEO today, but you are ready to take the step. You have built and held broad responsibility within one and the same operation and now want to lead an entire group.

• Extensive profit and operational responsibility through several years in the same company – we value those who have built deep knowledge and driven development over time rather than those who change roles frequently
• Have led a business or operation with own profit responsibility (e.g., as Deputy CEO, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, or Site Manager) and are ready to take the next step to full group leadership
• Have a documented ability to improve and build operations operationally, preferably with experience of taking on a role from smaller to larger responsibility
• Have experience from industry, manufacturing, construction-related operations, or a related industry (requirement)
• Have strong analytical skills and are confident in making decisions on incomplete data
• Are accustomed to creating structure, clarity, and follow-up as well as leading through others
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high tempo and short decision-making paths
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
