Börjessons Plåt & Svets is now looking for a business-driven and entrepreneurial CEO who wants to be part of their continued journey forward. As CEO, you will have full responsibility for the company's results, organization, and continued development. You lead the operations and work closely with production, employees, and customers while working strategically together with the board and owners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the company's profitability, growth, and P&L.
• Develop existing customer relationships and drive sales forward by creating new business opportunities within our niche.
• Drive improvement work within production, structure, processes, and follow-up.
• Responsible for leading and developing the organization and employees.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience and have been in a similar role previously where you have been responsible for a small or medium-sized company, a business area, or have worked in a production-related operation where you had full budget and result responsibility. We would like you to have worked in or close to production within manufacturing industry within sheet metal, welding, machining, laser/waterjet cutting, or other technology-oriented B2B operations. If you have a background in sales where you have had customer responsibility and worked with customer processing and business and product development, we see this as a strong merit.

As a person, you are secure, business-minded, and result-oriented. You have a present leadership style and thrive in an operation where you get to work closely with both employees, customers, and production. To succeed in the role, you need to be clear, responsive, and action-oriented. Great emphasis is placed on entrepreneurship and the ability to drive the company forward in a structured and cost-effective manner. You build trust, establish relationships, and have the ability to drive change without losing what is already working well. You are motivated by further developing a profitable company through better structure, strong customer relationships, and continued production development.

Profile Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience from the workshop industry, sheet metal, welding, machining, laser/waterjet cutting, or other technology-oriented B2B operations.
• Experience with result responsibility, budget, and follow-up.
• Background in sales where you have had customer responsibility and worked with customer processing and business and product development.
